Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at GenZ Tech Gadgets. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Conditions

You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Included Items: All original accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be returned with the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software & Digital Downloads: Any opened software or digital license keys.

  • Custom-Built PCs: Any hardware that was specifically modified or built to your unique specifications.

  • Consumables: Items such as thermal paste or cleaning kits that have been opened.

  • Clearance Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is."

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of [15%] may be deducted from your refund for items that have been opened but are otherwise in perfect working condition.

4. Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

If you receive a product that is damaged or "Dead on Arrival":

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos or video of the damage/defect.

  3. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Shipping Costs

  • General Returns: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective Items: We cover the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges
