Shipping policy

At GenZ Tech Gadgets, we work to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, delivery may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your city, area, courier service, and delivery conditions.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, high order volume, or other situations outside our control. We always try our best to make sure your order reaches you on time.

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct before placing the order. If the address or phone number is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

If the courier is unable to deliver because the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, or provides incorrect details, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, GenZ Tech Gadgets is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, but we will assist you as much as possible in tracking and resolving the issue.
