Thank you for visiting and shopping at GenZ Tech Gadgets. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs clearance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GenZ Tech Gadgets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs office for potential costs before ordering.

5. Shipping Protection & Insurance

Because we ship high-value technical equipment, we take great care in our packaging.

  • All shipments are packed in anti-static and shock-resistant materials.

  • We recommend selecting "Insured Shipping" at checkout for high-value components. Tech Arena Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if insurance is not selected.

  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot change the shipping address once the item has left our warehouse. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Restricted Shipping Locations

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for high-value electronics due to security and signature requirements.
